Data collected
When you ask a question or request a booking: your name, your e-mail address, your phone number if you provide it, your message, the dates, the number of guests, the children's ages and the options chosen. When you accept your rental agreement: the address of your main residence, as well as the date, time, IP address and browser used for the acceptance, which serve as proof of it. When you leave a review: the name and country you choose to display, your rating and your text.
Why
To answer your questions, process your request and organise your stay (pre-contractual measures and rental agreement), publish the reviews you entrust to us (with your consent) and comply with our legal obligations (accounting, tourist tax).
Who has access
Only your hosts have access to this data. It is stored with our technical service providers: Supabase (database), Hostinger (website and automations) and Google (Gmail e-mail). It is never sold or transferred.
How long
Questions and requests that do not lead to a booking are kept for 3 years after our last exchange. Bookings are kept for 10 years, the legal retention period for accounting records. Reviews remain online for as long as we publish them.
Audience measurement
The website does not set any cookies. To count visits, it stores a randomly generated identifier in your browser for a maximum of 13 months, with no IP address or anything else that could identify you. Statistics are kept for 25 months.
External services
To display the map, your browser downloads map tiles from OpenStreetMap and the map module from jsDelivr. As with any website, these services then receive your IP address.
Your rights
You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, object to its use or restrict it, by writing to contact@monsejouravienne.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
