An ideal place to rest, work remotely or simply stay in complete tranquillity, while being just 5 min from the A7 motorway and 6 min from the historic centre.

Perfect for lovers of nature and serenity, a pause from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
When evening falls, listen closely… you may be lucky enough to hear owls, midwife toads or roe deer!

Our former wine press house, fully renovated in 2022, is a bright and flexible space, ideal for 3 independent travellers or 3 couples (sleeps 3-6 thanks to extendable daybeds). Its thick walls keep it pleasantly cool in summer.

The space includes:
-3 Bright Bedrooms: Each bedroom has a desk, storage and bed linen. Double or single bed configurations are available for a restful night's sleep.
Bed linen and towels provided; beds are made before arrival for any stay of more than one night.

-Modern Bathroom: Large bathroom with a spacious shower, double basin and heated towel rail. Laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer. Separate toilet.
-Comfortable Living Room: Colourful sofa and armchairs, TV with Wi-Fi and access to streaming services (Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Disney+, Netflix, Hulu). Original décor featuring a large map of Paris from 1741.
-Fully Equipped Kitchen: Compact but functional kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, crockery and all the utensils needed to prepare meals.
-Private Flower-Filled Terrace: Gravel terrace with table and chairs, perfect for dining outdoors. Wisteria and fairy lights create a charming atmosphere for cool evenings outside. The terrace is entirely private and exclusively yours.

• Access currently being redeveloped: not well suited to very large, lowered or heavily loaded vehicles.

Getting around

You can reach Vienne via the A7 by car, by bus or even on foot. The train is also an option (1 stop between Vienne station and Vienne Estressin).

You can reach Lyon in 20 minutes by TER regional train.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival: all amounts paid will be refunded in full.

The Jehovah's Witnesses Assembly Hall in Pont Evêque is 14 minutes away and, best of all, it can be reached via the hospital, without having to drive into the town of Vienne.
