A peaceful and unusual setting from which to discover Vienne and the surrounding area.

Welcome to the Couvent Bon Accueil, a place steeped in history, which was first home to nuns and later to a school.
The apartment is located within a secure residence, on the 1st floor with no lift.

It sleeps up to 4 people:
BEDROOM 1: 140x200 double bed, en suite, with a dedicated workspace
SLEEPING AREA 2: 140x190 sofa bed

Fully equipped kitchen:
Induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and espresso machine, kettle, as well as all the utensils you need.

Vienne Nord is a sought-after location as it means you avoid driving into the town centre and getting stuck in traffic jams.
Close to the A7 motorway access for Lyon or Saint-Étienne, so you avoid crossing the town…

The price shown is for two people sharing the same bed. A linen fee of 15 euros applies if you would like separate beds.

The neighbourhood

A sought-after residential area of Vienne. Recently renovated, the residence can be reached quickly from the N7 or the A7.
Just a few steps away, you'll find an excellent bakery and a superb wine merchant who will invite you to taste the finest wines of Condrieu, Vienne and Côte Rôtie at modest prices.

For a bigger shop, we suggest the Carrefour Market a few hundred metres away, or Lidl a little further on.
For lovers of local produce, a visit to the "Panier Enchanté" is a must: fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables, meat and cheese from local producers, as well as juices, jams, saucissons...

Getting around

The neighbourhood is very well served by bus line 3, which will take you to Vienne's historic centre, and by the A7 motorway, giving easy access to Lyon, Valence, as well as Saint-Étienne or Grenoble.
Vienne Estressin TER station will take you to Lyon in 30 minutes without changing.

Finally, the nearby cycle path will take you into Vienne and give you access to the ViaRhôna all the way to Marseille.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival: all amounts paid will be refunded in full.
Within 15 days of arrival, the first night remains payable, as well as half of the following nights.
Early departure does not entitle you to a refund.

• Local produce hamper: €30 (on request). Rigotte de Condrieu cheese, saucisson, honey and juice from the Pilat: the flavours of the region for your first evening.
• Raclette or fondue set: €5 (on request). For a convivial evening.
• Jazz à Vienne picnic basket: €20 per person (on request). Ready-to-go picnic for the Roman Theatre, with a seat cushion, throw and cool box on loan.
• Mid-stay cleaning: €50 (on request), From 3 nights. A full clean halfway through your stay, for stays of 7 nights or more.
• Full linen change: €15 (on request). Fresh sheets and towels during your stay, for stays of 7 nights or more.
• Groceries before you arrive: €15 (on request). Your shopping list waiting in the fridge when you arrive. The amount on the receipt is added.
